Prepare raw materials
Premium high-quality PTFE resin powder, rigorously tested before production to ensure raw material purity and batch consistency.
Extrusion / Molding
Rod and tube are produced via plunger extrusion, while sheets and large-diameter rods use compression molding. Temperature, pressure, and time parameters are precisely controlled.
Sintering and Cooling
Sintered at 360-380°C with program-controlled temperature to ensure uniform density and eliminate internal stress.
Grinding and finishing
Grind the outer edge per customer drawing requirements to meet precision tolerance specifications.
Quality Inspection
Test density, hardness, tensile strength, dimensional tolerances, and other key indicators per batch; issue a quality inspection report.
Packaging Shipment
Packaged in moisture-proof and scratch-resistant materials to ensure product integrity during transit. Available in wooden crates, cardboard boxes, and more.
